About Me

Simon Matei, MSc

I am a AfN   Registered Associate Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Surrey. My work is driven by a genuine passion for supporting people in both body and mind. Whether you’re facing physical health concerns or dealing with low mood, including stress or anxiety, I believe nutrition can play a transformative role in improving overall wellbeing. My firm opinion is that nutrition is not just about giving advice, but rather about building a relationship. My ultimate goal is to create a space where my clients feel supported and empowered. It’s my hope that the connection we build not only brings lasting health benefits, but also forms the foundation of a meaningful and long partnership. Everyone’s path to better health is unique. I found balance and clarity through a structured yet liberating approach to food. A way of eating that challenged conventional thinking and turned out to be a game-changer for me. It’s not always obvious at first glance, but those who are curious often discover it’s exactly what they’ve been missing. Taking the first step towards better health is powerful. Are you ready to take the right step towards rejuvenation?
